Teradici Announces Remote Desktop Solution for macOS

Remote access technology provider Teradici announced that it would be supporting macOS in the near future.

Teradici is known for its secure remote access services for high-performance machines, a service that has become essential to many creative industries working from home or satellite offices during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The company promises that the newly supported remote display protocol will allow users to “remotely access their Mac as if they were on a local machine, with the resolution and color fidelity they need to maintain their highest-quality standards.”

“This will be a great solution for power users and knowledge workers across media and entertainment, gaming, engineering, and others who rely on secure remote access to their Mac,” said Teradici CEO Davis Smith on the company’s blog.

Teradici’s software will support machines running Catalina or Big Sur versions of Mac OS, which is expected to become available mid-2021.
